The process

Four steps, no retainer

Tell us what you need

Fill out the project form. Tell us about your business and the piece that needs work.

Get a scope and a price

Within two business days you get a written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date. Nothing starts until you approve it.

We write and build it

Once you’re booked, you answer a short intake and send what you have. Your delivery date counts from there.

Review and approve

You read the work and send one round of changes. The finished work is yours on the date we set.

How we run every project

One price, agreed up front

You see the price before we start, and it holds unless the scope changes. Anything new gets quoted before we do it.

Small projects that finish

We’d rather fix the page that matters this month than sell you a six-month retainer.

Your accounts stay yours

When we work in your website or email platform, you add us as a user. We never ask for your password, and our access ends when the project does.

Words your customers use

We write the way your customers talk about their problems, so the people you want to reach recognize themselves in your marketing.

A few house rules

  • We take one website project at a time so your dates hold
  • We work on your current website platform and hosting
  • Audit and Roadmap fees count toward a project booked within 30 days
  • Every website project includes 30 days of fixes after launch
  • Your scope lists exactly what’s included, so the invoice holds no surprises
